Taizhou People

Master students of Tsinghua University visit Jiangnan Great Wall, ancient fortress of Taozhu, and several historical streets in Taizhou, east China’s Zhejiang Province. Led by Wang Gui, deputy director of the Information Office of Linhai City administered by Taizhou, the students learn the story of the renowned military general Qi Jiguang and how his army fought wokou, the Japanese pirates. They also pay a visit to Ziyang Street, tasting various snacks and feeling the lifestyle of Taizhou people. (Mi Qiqi)
